Slip Use Information
DUE TO ONGOING CONSTRUCTION, THERE WILL BE NO AVAILABLE SLIPS FOR CLASS B OR C MEMBERS UNTIL 1 JANUARY 2025.
Class "A" Members of Bahama Village Docks Inc. possess absolute priority for slip use and are charged under a separate schedule. Slip and facilities applications for Class A members can be found in the Members-Only section -- click here to log in or register.
Class B Members
Owners of properties in the Bahama Village who do not own a Class A Membership are considered Class B members of Bahama Village Docks.

Class C Members
Residents of the Bahama Village who are not owners of property but who reside under a lease or rental agreement are considered Class C members of Bahama Village Docks.

Class B and Class C members have no voting rights in BVD, cannot hold offices, and are not assessed any fees other than the use fees for slips or facilities. Slip use fees for Class B and C Members are currently set at four times the Class A Membership rate.

Range from $668 to $776 per month depending on size and location

DUE TO ONGOING CONSTRUCTION, THERE WILL BE NO AVAILABLE SLIPS FOR CLASS B OR C MEMBERS UNTIL 1 JANUARY 2025.
Floats, Racks, and Jet Ski Racks
Floats for small craft or dinghies, kayaks, etc. occupying a slip will pay the appropriate monthly slip rate.

If a slip is rented to a Class B or C member, they may use the area in the water between the headwalk and sea wall or within their slip for floats, racks, and jet ski racks at no additional charge.
​
Class B or C members who do not rent a slip may obtain use of areas for floats, racks, and jet ski racks for a fee of $260.00 per month.
​
No kayaks, dinghies or auxiliary water or related boat usage, etc. items are to be left or stored on the headwalk or fingers in order to comply with a Coronado Fire Department mandate. They may be kept on the BVD Racks by the Clubhouse for a yearly rate of $150.00 for any Class “A”, “B” or “C” members.
Jet Ski Racks located on either side of the Slip #52/53 finger are available for a yearly rate of $450.00 for any Class “A”, “B” or “C” members.

Purchase of Shares
​
Owners of property within Bahama Village are eligible to purchase up to two Class A Memberships in the corporation from the corporation - if they are available - or from other members.
